IN NO EVENT SHALL THE FINDABLE LIFE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE FINDABLE LIFE, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Findable Life, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service at thefindablelife.com, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Service.

10. Termination

If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and The Findable Life each waive any right to a jury trial.

12. Changes to Terms

The Findable Life reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.
